Because staying the same ain’t working for you anymore.
Don’t wish for lotteries or hope people will do for you. No more “if only’s” when the only person responsible for you IS you!! And you are awesome by the way.
AND you can be MORE awesome and be living an even better life.
You may have fallen victim to a negative way of thinking. You have been trapped by beliefs of change only happens “when your boss (quits)”, “when you (earn) enough”, “when you are (thin) enough”, “when you get (something)”, “when you have (time)”. (Feel free to change out the bracketed words for a variety of others).
But those are limiting beliefs, and part of what we do in the Year of Growth is challenge those beliefs and so much more.
It is time for you to get out from under the weight of limiting beliefs and believe in yourself, you fabulous woman you.
Just think. What if you lived the last year 20, 30 or 40+ more times over? Would you call that a good life? Groundhog day would soon lose it’s appeal no matter how good a day it was. Wherever you are on the mortal coil of life there’s a lot of living still to be done. How do you dare to dream if you suspect you are going to be in the exact same place in 10 years from now? Heartbreak anyone?
The Year of Growth is for all women who want to stir it up, make a change for the better, re-connect to what’s important to them, be inspired by, AND inspiring to, other females.
You will learn how to change from the inside out for lasting change. If an egg is broken from the outside, life ends, if broken from the inside, life begins.
In the Year of Growth we cover a different Self-Development topic each month.
Where your attention goes, possibility grows.
Here’s a quick look at the year ahead:
January: Self-Awareness – because you need to know who and where you are before charging off for that sunset.
February: Dreams & Desires – how often do you get to discuss this deliciousness? And if you just don’t know anymore, we’ll be spending time here so you can nail it down, because it’s important.
March: Courage & Comfort Zones – do you think it will be easy going after those dreams? I can tell ya (from experience) that an invisible force will be putting itself in your way, which leads nicely into…..
April: Inner Critic / Saboteur – whatever you want to call this bad boy, it will be trying to hold on tight and keep you exactly where you are. We’ll flush it out, ‘cos it is sneaky in making you believe it, so we can get a handle on it.
May: Change – we’ll take a look on what needs to change, what it costs to stay the same, and how you can use what you’ve already learned to help you keep moving forward.
June: Personal Responsibility – we’ll bust excuses and blame and power up this Personal Responsibility lark.
July: Check-in Time – we will check in, see what’s working, what hasn’t and re-commit or re-direct as necessary.
August: Perspectives & Beliefs – those little devils, gone unchecked, could be halting ALL progress.
September: Relationships – The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. We’ll get on the road to straightening some of those out.
October: Boundaries – if you don’t set these for yourself, someone else will set them for you.
November: Giving – this is a feel good month, so good you could get hooked.
December: Review of 2016 and Planning for an Awesome 2017.
And just how will you get all this delightful information? Via email. There will be blog posts, video’s, printables and more. All you have to do is wait for it to arrive in your inbox. Easy peasy. And you’ll have access to a private facebook group to talk it out with other likeminded women.
Want in?
Before you sign up for this awesome free program I want to make sure you start immediately on that Personal Responsibility item. I am not giving any guarantees and am not providing any professional advise. Seek professional advise as needed (i.e. accountants, lawyers, dentists, firemen (yeah baby), whatever you think appropriate). Your results are your responsibility. If you find yourself inspired to resign from your soul sucking job and start a career you love, then that’s amazing. If you didn’t plan properly and your “Unlikely Animal Friends Portrait Studio” isn’t supporting you – that’s on you. (I personally love to see pictures of Tigers and Goats being friends, but let’s be honest, who keeps a Tiger as a pet?!?).
So, as long as you understand the results you get out will be based on effort put in, and you acknowledge you are a very capable adult that can keep their life together in all this excitement then please………
