“Achieving your goals, becoming the person you want to be and developing strategies for the future.  Before Vicky those were the things I was only dreaming of.  There was a lot of talk but not much action.  She changed that.  Her thoughtful coaching brought focus and real progress.  With her in my corner I felt nothing was too hard, or too big.  I think the best predictor of success is the team of people who surround you.  She was like the experienced coach on the sidelines guiding me to victory.   Thank you Vicky for helping make my dreams a reality.”

In all honestly I was very hesitant once I had contacted Vicky, I was unsure where our talk would lead us and didn’t know if I would open up during our conversations. It was an unknown avenue to me and one that takes courage to peruse.

After Vicky’s opener on the phone I quickly opened up and realized talking through my discomforts was just what I needed at that time. Vicky took our conversation to places I wasn’t planning on going, but in a good way. She inspired me to dig deep and in a direction that had me taking a moment to step back and focus. Vicky asks the right questions, ones that left me looking at my situation from a different angle. There were many times through our talks where an ah’ha moment appeared before me. Vicky’s words have left an imprint on me that keep referring back to our talks, long after they are done.

I would recommend Vicky as a life coach to anyone looking to move forward in their lives.  She helps navigate with you through the past and present to help you continue on your journey.  Vicky uses many different strategies to discover things you may not have been aware of as well as helping you view situations in different ways.  My sessions with Vicky are always thought provoking and encouraging.  I really appreciate Vicky’s thoughtful questions and strategies she uses as part of her coaching style.

“I wish I had been coached by you in my 20’s. If I’d made these changes back then, I wouldn’t have spent so much time worrying about what others thought…”

“Thank you, Vicky. One coaching session with you gave me more value than years with a therapist.”
